Jenny received her Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Alliant University. Her approach is informed by Attachment Theory, Narrative, and psychodynamic methods, and she has training in Mindfulness-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and behavioral interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as art and play-based interventions.
