Dedicated to providing a warm and compassionate space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported, Jenny approaches her work from a trauma-informed and person-centered foundation, honoring the fullness and complexity of each person's experience.

Jenny received her Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Alliant University. Her approach is informed by Attachment Theory, Narrative, and psychodynamic methods, and she has training in Mindfulness-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and behavioral interventions such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as art and play-based interventions. Jenny brings a mind-body awareness to her work, recognizing that our emotions and physical experience are deeply connected.

Jenny works with teens, families, and adults. She has experience working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relationships, and life transitions. Jenny is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming environment where clients of all identities and backgrounds feel welcome.

Jenny offers both in-person and virtual sessions.
